22 24 AWG TPE Insulated PUR Cable For Robot Internal Wiring
Aplication:
It is suitable for body power of multi-axis robot and signal assembly,It can be used in low temperature environment of -40℃, Especially suitable for automatic operation, handling, storage, CNC machine tools and other small robot internal wiring, or the internal wiring of robots requiring long-term reciprocating bending, twisting or compound movement.
Structure:
1. Conductor: multiple strands of bare copper wire or tin plated copper wire, (Accordance with GB/T3956 Category 6 )
2. Insulation: high strength TPE or ETFE insulation
3. Core wire identification: Power cables with less than 5 cores are distinguished by brown, blue, black, gray, yellow/green color, more than 5 cores are coded by numbers.
4. Core wire structure: Twisted
5. Shielding: tin plated copper wire , density of 85%
6. Jacket: high elastic wear resistant special PUR jacket, black color
