12 Gauge Tinned Annealed Copper ETFE Insulation Wire
What is ETFE insulation wire?
1. ETFE insulation wire is a type of hook-up wire that uses an insulation material called ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE). ETFE wire is highly resistant to chemicals, UV rays, temperature fluctuations, and abrasion, making it suitable for many industries, including automotive, aerospace, and marine applications.
2. ETFE wire is lightweight, flexible, and easy to strip, allowing for quick and easy installation. It can also carry higher voltages and currents than other types of wire, making it ideal for high-performance applications. Additionally, ETFE wire has a wider temperature range compared to other insulation materials, making it highly resistant to extreme temperatures.
3. ETFE wire is often used in harsh environments where wires are exposed to chemicals, heat, and severe physical conditions. Some applications include aircraft wiring, space shuttles, robotics, solar panels, and medical equipment. Its superior performance makes it an excellent choice for reliable and long-lasting wiring.
